Google Error 403

I keep getting Error 403 when attempting to search Google athough it was working fine yesterday! Can anyone help a non techie please?!

Hi.. thanks for your response, I could access all sites that were in my Favourites list but nothing else. I found lots of other folk reporting this on various help sites (Google, Microsoft etc) on Bank Holiday Monday. Someone came up with the idea that it was related to the use of OnSpeed and that possibly there was something going on between the three to put OnSpeed out of business and force people to use either Google or M/S web accelerator. Certainly turning OnSpeed off removed the error. E-Mails were sent ot all parties but no replies were received. However, the problem curiously went away mid morning on the Tuesday!! Sorry I should have canceled this question then. Perhaps we will never know!!
