I have just borrowed a computer which gives me a " instead of an at. Years ago I did have to fix it but can't find it in the help menu. What must I do?

GO to Start > Control Panel.

Go to Regional & Language Settings (if you can't see that click on Switch to Classic View (top Left)

Change your language to UK
