switching between programs

i have a pc on windows xp and my internet browser is usually firefox or ie. i know you can tab between different running programs with alt+tab, but is there a way to switch between different internet browser tabs (newer IE) without using mouse?

Yes, in Firefox - I don't use IE.

Hold down the Alt key and press the right or left arrow, depending which way you want to go.

Use control + tab in FF 2.0.0.3
It is CTRL and Tab.
