Cable tidy

Right i do not know what it is called, but i want to drill a hole in my kitchen worktop so i can run my computer cables into the cupboard underneath. I have seen a plastic "thing" that i could put into the hole to make it neater. Does anyone have any idea what i am talking about, what it is called and where would i get one!?

they are called desk grommets.
