Hi I am tring to test my daughters HDD with SeaTools for DOS, I am getting this message "Remove disks or any other Media Press any key to Restart"
Floppy is set to boot first, thats when the message appears "Remove disks or any other Media Press any key to Restart", just can't boot from floppy or cd drive.

Windows XP Home

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

For a start XP does not run on a DOS platform even when you have formatted a hard drive in FAT32.
If you want to check the disk for errors either go to Command Prompt, (A DOS emulator) or got to Start, Run and type CMD.
Type chkdsk c:

the trouble is that the Pc just keeps rebooting I cant start it in safe mode to start command prompt. SeaTools is a diagnostic test to see if the disk is ok.
Have you tried continually tapping F8 to get into Safe Mode?
It may also be another key dependant on the pc manufacturer.

Tap F1 or Del to get into the BIOS
Change the first boot sequence to cdrom
Put your XP disk in and run a repair.
