Tracking cookie

I was running my weekly anti virus scan when it said a tracking cookie was running, I have since tried to fix it 3 times and still it is running. What is it, how did it get in my computer and how can I get rid of it forever. Thanks.

do you have anti spyware software , which is what you need to remove it.
if not download spyware terminator ( just google it ).
not only does this scan and remove from your pc, it's realtime protection stops you getting them in the first place.
have you tried ddeleting files and cookies first in internet explorer.
