Password

I have forgotten my password, or more correctly, Hotmail does not recognise my password. To save a lot of agro how do I get a new one. Step by step guidance will be appreciated.

r u sure you`ve typed it in correctly as the passwords are case sensitive so if you set your password with caps lock on you have to have caps lock on every time you put in your password.i`ve done that loads of times lol
