Everytime I click to go to a web page a banner appears stating that Windows is unable to connect me to the internet address,& then I immediately am connected.When I come out of the Website,the banner is still there & I lose it by Clicking the X. Can anyone tell me how to lose it permanenttly ?WR.

I think I have solved the problem,I clicked on Windows Set Program Access & Defaults.WR.
