Using Icon Files

I have downloaded some South Park icons and when I try to use them I get the message that they require icondraw.exe. Any idea where I can get this program from or is it part of another application?

Icondraw is a graphics package that should be within your system folder on your PC, it works with both DOS and Windows software.
