Ethel, I've just had another thought, I'm always trying to figure out what's wrong at my end when I get a problem, I suppose it's possible that the fault could be with the supplier, I await your comments ,Ron.
Hi Ethel,I have tried once again. I have uninstalled & then downloaded Mozilla Thunderbird (5th time),still not working, I don't want to waste any more of your valuable time so I have uninstalled it once more & am going to abandon it. Thanks very,very much for trying so hard to help.Regards, WR.
