got one of these and been in for repair 5 times in last 6 months 3 times in the last week all different probs been replaced with a refurbished one twice is it me or does anyone else have probs? my daughter has same phone and hers is ok

ive had one for that past 9 months almost.. and the only problem ive has is it switches itslef off whenever it feels like it, also because the inernet has its own button on the outside it turns on without me knowing and ive had a few heftly bills to pay because of it and that the video recording quality is POOR! other than that its a good phone with an quality mp3 player and excellent bass on the headphones.
