Why is it that some web pages I visit are totally blank?

Why is it that some web pages I visit are totally blank? I have messed about with my internet options settings and restored back to the default but still nothing'this is not every web page and only happens occasionally. Please can anyone advise me?

I've had exactly the same experience, on the same occasional basis, Soobet, so I assumed, perhaps wrongly, it's because... some web pages I visit are totally blank...!! Why that would actually be the case, I have no earthly idea..!! :o)
