Power cut and hdd crashed (sort of thing!!) while watching freeview. It is soposed to re set its self, by doing a self check? but will not complete the check, have tried to do re-auto factory settings and looked in to trying to wipe the hard drive, but i can not get past, self scan check, any one get any idea as to what may be wrong, before i throw it in to the already swollen river Don.
