Samung Mobile Problem, HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I have a Sumsung E370, & all of a sudden, for no reason, the volume of the ear piece whilst making a call is very low.

The volume is turned to the max, & i can't see a reason why it would do this.

Anyone in the know able to help????
