sony ericsson k800i file transfer

Hi

I'm trying to transfer files from my phone memory onto my memory card (sandisk micro m2 2GB). When i copy the fiel and try to paste it into the meory card it says operation failure and the phone wont let me transfer the file.

Can you please tell me how to do it ASAP
