Broadband usage

We have wannadoo broad band (well now orange) and it is limited i was woundering if anyone could point me in the direction of a good free program that i could use to measure how much we have used so that we can know if we are about to reach our ussage limit.

p.s does anyone know what day of the month orange start their limit from.
