Is this what you want?
To keep the Taskbar on view all the time, click on Start, Settings, choose Taskbar and Start Menu. Check Always on top in Taskbar Options.
Nah, sorry smudge mate, it's lost and gone forever. You'll have to buy a new computer now.
Alternatively move your cursor as far south as it will go (it should then turn into a double vertical arrow), click and hold down the left mouse button, drag it up a centimetre and let go of the mouse button. You might also want to left-click on the tastbar while you're there and tick "Lock the Taskbar" to avoid you misplacing it again and thus, avoiding the cost of a new computer.
Thank you all you clever kids, but when I switched on my PC this morning, my task bar was back! I swear this house is haunted! Or it could be that Coggles at it again!
