sky+ box

when im fast forwarding through the adverts i have noticed that my sky + box will skip back to the last time that i fast forwarded therefore meaning i have to go through 2 sets of adverts, also when i reach the part that i want and i press play i find the picture has frozen and i have to rewind it slightly before it will play, not a major hassle just wondering why?

is your sky box running the current software version? also,maybe you should try a full reset but make sure you have nothing waiting to be watched first.
