Email picture and music inserts

Could someone help me with the insertion of photos/opictures into email text. I find that I can insert cartoons etc. with the suffix gif. bmp and jpg but wmf I can insert only by attachment. As I have quite a few of wmf I find it annoying. Any suggestions would be welcome please. My computer is a Toshiba laptop XP.

Camera with San disc 512 mb full or empty??
