Decoding SMS texts

I used an internet SMS service to send a text but the reply I received was an alphanumeric string. This is obviously the message in original form prior to being decoded. Does anyone know how to decode this string??

I would need to see the string, but have you thought it might be HEX? if its like %21%20%10 then it might be HEX, even without the modulo.
