Hello, I'm new to this phone and I'm using Vodafone pay as you go. How do I disable the voicemail please and can I lock the keypad? I can't find anything in the handbook abut this. Best Regards Jaquelyn

go into phone book where your numbers are and scroll up to callback on and callback off select callback off, to lock it go into settings select security and phone lock

Thnk you Treefrog, I'll give these a go. It's a very different phone to the nokias I've had up to now and a little daunting.

Hi Treefrog,
Sorry to bother you, but I don't seem to have callback on and callback off in phonebook. Also re locking I was thinking on he lines of *menu-star* which just used to lock my keypad in the nokia to save the phone being activated in my handbag or by the cat etc.
Could you advise?
