Lost SIM Card

My husband took out his SIM card and put in a new one, just to use up the �10 talk time on it, now he has lost his original SIM card, with all his credit and phone numbers. Can the original SIM card number be transferred to the SIM that is now in his mobile, which is on the same network, and can we get any of the credit back that was on his original SIM? It is a pay as you go 02 phone.

they should stop the old and send a replacement sim
