how can i transfer music from my old ipod to my new ipod?, its becuse some of the music on the old one is off other peoples computers! thanks

Is most of it on your iTunes still? If so, the best idea would be to first get the music from others' computers onto your iTunes, and then you can dock either iPod and sync easily with iTunes.
