I am a BT Broadband user. Over the last few months, when I log on, my connection crashes after about three minutes without warning. I log on again, and it stays connected for the rest of my session. Can anyone explain why this is happening, and more importantly, how I can stop it happening? Thanks.

had a home user at my work having similar problem but was crashing every three minutes all the time - try contacting bt.
Go here, and it should all become clear as to what sort of organisation you are dealing with: http://www.btsuck.org/ I used to be a BT customer, but almost one nervous breakdown later I came to my senses and hooked up with Nildram (www.nildram.co.uk) The only way I know of stopping it is to switch ISPs Sorry to sound so blunt but it's the best solution!
