I'm fairly sure that the organisation concerned here is Casalmedia not Casalme. I think what's probably happened is that the pop-up window shortened the name to fit the window, making it look like Casalme. On the other hand, they may have shortened the name to hinder detection.
Anyhow, Casalmedia is notorious for spyware, pop-ups, adware and the like and virtually every PC gets infected by them when surfing at one time or another.
Spybot Search and Destroy is very effective at getting rid of the infection, but needs to be run at least once a week to keep your PC clean. Spybot S&D is a free program and casn be downloaded from many internet sites - just make sure you update it with the latest definitions file.
Ad-Aware (watch the spelling) is another free program that you should install for the same purpose. The paid for versions offer real time protection.
