Only a non significant mobile phone user that puts the odd 5pounds top up in the phone but here i am 2and half hours later trying to top up with ORANGE, they must be the worst provider ever, dont get a good signal here, but dont use the phone often just for text, cant get a balance but know its low, what if there was a crisis i would be at my wits end, know that i should change but cannot be arsed sometimes for all the time i use it. come on can not be the only one thats not a prolific user that is getting annoyed!!

Snap! Over the years I've worked my way through various phones & networks and finally settled on Vodaphone - I found them ok and I could get a signal almost anywhere. Alas, I lost my phone and one of my sisters kindly bought me an all singing all dancing phone - with orange. Like you, it usually takes a week to get through to top up my balance, and the signal where I live is non existant. I labour under the double handicap of being bone idle and being a technophobe so I guess I'm stuck with it for now. Plus, big sis always makes a point of asking how I'm getting on with the phone. Grrrrrr.
Rant over. Is it too early for a drink????

hi overall care to join me in a lament to orange, do you think that they have access to our opinions on this site, some of my mates never have to top up they way i do, they have treats loads of free txts, not once have orange offered me anything, so if orange get access to this site me and mrs overall are peed off, and mine is red wine mrs o what about yersel!!!
Red wine will do nicely thanks....hic!
And while we're on the subject of orange, I left mr overall in charge of arranging wireless broadband for our house, and guess which one he went for? Yep, bloomin orange. I won't start a full rant about this or we'll be here all night and I don't think we have enough bottles of red wine between us to last! My biggest gripe was when the livebox stopped working and we were still paying for a service we weren't getting. Trying to explain I wanted a refund to someone at a foreign call centre with an abysmal grasp of the English language was a waste of time.
Fill the glasses while I get the crisps.
