I am trying to alter some programs on my sons account in windows xp, so that I can regulate his internet use - but I can't seem to add/delete programs from his user account, all I can do as an administrator is change user name, picture etc. I have tried the help sujects on xp, but to no avail. Is there any way that I can alter the programs that load onto his user account? Thanks for any help.
