As peanut says, it is totally subjective.

However, I switched from Nokia phones to Sony Ericsson several years ago and have not looked back. Samsung have captured a lot of the teen market due to their features, but there are a lot of question marks regarding the durability of their products. I know of several Samsung mobile phone owners who have scratched/collapsed/totally knack**ed screens within a year. I have had my trusty W810i for 17 months and it still looks like new. Seriously, I can hardly believe it and yet I am up for renewal and am reluctant to 'upgrade'...

Just my thoughts.
