On Word, is there an easy way to convert lower case writing to capitals without having to retype the whole thing?

Yes if you highlight the sentence and use SHIFT + F3 it toggles between All Caps, Initial Caps, No Caps.
just highlight the text you want to change then think it's under format (top, near file and edit etc) then change case.
Hi Scarlett, Yes you can do this. First of all, you need to HIGHLIGHT the text you want to change. Then click on FORMAT. From the drop down box click on FONT, then halfway down you will see EFFECTS, click the box that says ALL CAPS, then click on OK and that should do it.
