Qdown trojan

How can I get rid of the Trojan 'downloader.qdown.c? I have AVG anti virus (updated today) and I'm sure there is someting still there as I keep getting WToolsS.exe coming up....spyware? I also have zone alarm and thats telling me I'm clean.

Go to www.lavasoftusa.com and download Adaware. It's a free spyware detection/removal program.

www.uant.com and download Stinger, a virus and trojan removal programme, Adaware hs its own spyware included
