hi is there anyway in which i can reset my laptop so that it starts off the way it was when i 1st bought it from shop?

You can do a system restore.Go to Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore, and follow the simple on screen instruction.

Did you laptom come with a systems disc.If so you can use this to wipe your hard drive and re insall Windows.

thanx for your reply. yeah my system came with disks but i have mislaid them an cant find them anywhere,does this mean i wont be able to do a restore without 1?
