I have one of these and I don't have a clue about it. It is currently giving me a 'off line' message - How do I get back online

Press the power button at the top once quickly and then select a new profile from the list, ie outdoor and you will return to being online.

Thanks for that. That has brought me back online although I am still having difficulties accessing the internet - it wont let me. I have spoken to my phone company who are ringing me back tonight - any ideas????
