DVD Duplicator

Anyone know where I can purchase a reasonably priced DVD duplicator that will copy any type of DVD eg +RW, -RW etc? I did buy a 3 18X DVD 52X CD PREMIUM SERIES TOWER DUPLICATOR (SD3PREMIUM) for just over �300 from CD Writer.com but although the spec stated that it would copy anything, it copied nothing! Maybe I was unlucky and got a faulty one but any guidance is appreciated

If it's faulty, send it back. Isn't it covered by a warranty?

Note that the webpage does say that it won't copy copy-protected discs.
