i have the tom tom go 500 but some of the roads i go on are not on its map like newly built motorways, how do i upgrade it so it shows the new roads?

Zacsmaster, the road which leads up to our house has been there since the house was built (over 300 years ago) and it doesn`t show up on my TT510, but a new housing estate that was built 5 years ago does. You you think if I went out and bought a new SD card from Halfrauds it`d show my home address. I THINK NOT
