Only yesterday, I puchased a new HP system with cordless keyboard & mouse, but these items seem to do what they want, not what I'd like them to do! The very nice salesman in Staples said he'll happily change them for corded type. Am I doing the right thing by going back to corded, what are your views in this please?

I personally prefer a corded mouse. For starters, you cannot lose it because it is firmly attached to the computer, and corded mice require no batteries. I also found my cordless mouse to have a mind of it's own at times, and often didn't respond when I wanted it to.

Cheers cb, I've tried to persevere with the k/board & mouse, but am concerned they'll start playing up again! You're right, I'll go back to Staples 2moro & change them for corded! Thanx.
