changing phone companies

Hi there just recently changed from BT to Talk Talk
Everything is working Broadband and phones but I did fill form for Caller Display and it is not working. Of course I called Talk Talk and they keep putting me onto different numbers. When I finally got through I think to keep me quiet they said it would take 5 days to get Caller Display working - having said I think the 5 days are up now. Anybody help
