samsung u600 help please

i have a samsung u600 mobile phone and only yesterday my phone had turned its self off, & when i turned it back on all of the settings i had stored had reset themselves to the manufacturers ones (like when you first buy it) i have tryed to take pictures and it is just saying FAILED. i also rec a text message today and when i click on it to read it it comes up FAILED?? any help would be great

i too have the u600 and the problem you are having doesnt sound right at all. i would call or visit whoever you got the phone from and explain whats happening and that you would like an exchange.

I am on my 3rd handset since June for these exact same problems!!.., keep going back to you original supplier of the phone.
