Bought an itunes music card

Went on the itunes website to where it says redeem gift card
On the card it it says to enter the code printed on the receipt

Entered what i think is the code on receipt - however it keeps saying , invalid code

Does anyone know what format the code appears on the receipt , as it appears i am not typing in the right thing

Any assistance would be appreciated
