Is it possible to create a new file and be able to stop anyone else getting in to that file or even reading it from within some other programme?
I want to create a 'christmas prezzie' list and stop anyone else from looking at it!
Can it be done and if so how?
Many thanks & happy christmas all

Sure thing

If you press File, then Save, then pick Tools from the selection of icons in the box that is showing - then pick Security Options you will be presented with the opportunity to chhose a password to open or to modify the file

Merry Xmas to you too :)
