how can i see email art on a email i have been sent all i get is a box with a red x in it

Not being a putor boffin i think you need the right programme to run the images

If you are using the latest version of Outlook it will automatically remove images to 'Protect your privacy'. There is a line explaining this at the top of the mail. Clicking this line will download the embedded images. You can disable this facility all together using the Tools/Option menu item. On the Security tab is a button titled 'Change automatic download settings'. Use this to turn the facility off.
