Internet history

Hi, does anyone know how to view the history of internet pages viewed going at least a month? In my history option i can only select the last week. I have windows vista... can anyone help please???

Click Tools/Internet Options
On the General Tab
Click the Settings button in the Browsing History section
Set the number of days in the bottom section

You can search for the temporary internet files (right click on START select search then type in temporary internet and the search should give you the location of temp internet files ) as long as they have not been deleted
