Adhesives
5 Answers
Adhesive required, to bond aluminium purlins to
concrete roof beams. The design criteria is for tension
loading due to wind uplift on a roof.
Required, so as to avoid bolted-type fixtures.

Thanks for your remarks on bolts. However, I draw your
attention to such fact that Lotus Cars subframe
construction relies totally on adhesives for the jointing in
their Elise cars and that takes one heck of a battering.
Also, note the laminated timber constructions as used
for such as building portal frames, again done with
adhesives and on the market for many years.
These adhesives must be commercially available.

Adhesives used in the aircraft and engineering industries are extremely powerful and reliable, but they are used under closely controlled "laboratory" type conditions, nothing like the environment of a building site. Also, if my design memories are accurate, forecasting wind lift accurately used to be a real challenge.
I think you need to call on the experience of the adhesives manufacturers, who Im sure will be more than happy to advise you.
I recall using adhesive on sites several years ago to repair fractured reinforced concrete beams, and the repairs were stronger than the original structure!!
Good luck!
