I'm using a Dell Inspiron 1300 laptop at work. How do i disable this annoying feature whereby it automatically opens a link without me clicking. It just happens when the mouse pointer is hovering over a link for a couple of seconds, the Dell thinks I want to open the link without me doing anything!
