Adding rows and columns

I know this is simple but I can't recall how ! I need to add a row in Word. ie, I have a block of 2 columns and 3 rows and I need to add a row to the block.

If you place the cursor in the last cell and press tab it should automatically start a new line. Is that what you mean?

Otherwise, highlight a row and right click then select "Insert row".
