My mum is hqaving problems signing into her e-mail account, she has a BT internet accout, but when trying to log into today, it has come up as Yahoo, and she can't find any of her current e-mails.
Any ideas how she can get her e-mails back.

she as probably pressed the 'make yahoo my home page' option at some point. Go back to your optiojs and reinstate your BT account as homepage. Once back at BT all should be resolved - if not let me know and we can discuss further...

Thanks very much, i think that we have managed to fix it,. Mum's and computers just do not mix. (well certainly not my mother).
