page freezes

writing an E-Mail or amusing myself playing some games or even trying to write this ,windows logo turns to a white square and page freezes. Any hel[p please.

have you got other programms running or other people logged on or anything scanning ect, or interent stuff frezzes up in bad weather is the weather round you bad bcause it affects my computer and the net.

we have spyware doctor,Norton and Yahoo protection ,could these be clashing.we have an Acer dual core PC.

take off your spyware and download AVG for nothing. I had norton and my friend's son told me it is rubbish - he is brilliant on the computers. So he downloaded AVG
