sky remote

Our volume button on the sky remote has stopped working, batteries are brand new, I have been told that there is a code to enter on your control to get it working again but it matches the tv that you have - we have a sanyo can anyone help us out please. Many Thanks in advance :-)

Select 5 Sky Customer Service

Select 5 Programme your remote

Select Sanyo

Select the model number of your TV.

Could I thank Kempie, I have followed instructions and now i can control my tv using just the sky remote. Been using 2 remotes for ages.
