i recently bought an easy transfer cable to take files from my old XP PC and transfer them to my new Vista laptop. This appeared to work fine, but when I restarted my laptop it wouldnt let me login to my windows account. It just kept telling me that my password was wrong, which it isn't! I've tried my password, my XP password, every combination! Somehow the transfer process has locked me out and there's no way i can get back in! There is the option to reset the password but alas, you have to of made a password disk or something, this only possible when you are in the control panel, which i cant get into. Can anyone help me get back in bypass this frustration?!
