Do the following:- Right click on the start button, and click open. Double click Programs. Double click Startup. Right click in this window and click new - shortcut. Type the following path c:\winnt\system32\taskmgr.exe. If Drive C: holds these folders, substituting alternative drive if necessary. Right click on new shortcut and select properties choose minimized from the run drop down box.
