Bluetooth laptop

I've just bought a laptop Acer Travel Mate 5320. Got everything set up and run smoothly.

However, on the front part of this laptop, there is a Bluetooth icon. In this laptop's specification, it lists Bluetooth is one of its communications/connectivities. When I switch this bluetooth (on and off slider below the bluetooth icon), nothing happened. Checked its manual but nothing mentioned about this.

Can you please help why this laptop's bluetooth facility doesn't do anything?

It's an extra - not standard.

Have you checked the hardward / devices in your contro panel?
